i want to return a sealed game bought from costco to walmart with a walmart receipt?
i bought gears of war 2 from walmart a month ago. i still have the receipt.
however, i dont have that exact one bought from walmart. i have a gears of war 2 from costco only.
can i return the gears of war 2 from costco along with my walmart receipt of the same title?
I say go for it. Stick it to Wal-Mart. Beware though, Wal-Mart can be B****hs about returns and will rape you if the bar codes don't match or something. My wife was called a liar and was publicly berated over a return and she hadn't done anything wrong. We bought the merch there and had the receipt and were up front with them about the reason for the return. I went through two store managers and both ASSociates before my blood lust was sated. If in doubt, wait until after Christmas and then return it without receipt and tell them it was a gift.

With Notre Dame losing to the University of Connecticut at home on senior day this weekend many speculate that loss just sealed the fate of head coach Charlie Weis. Even Weis knows that a 6-5 record in his 5th year as the head coach of the Fighting Irish is not what the school expected when he was hired. Weis was supposed to be the savior of the football program, it was his job to get them back into BCS contention but that has not panned out so far.
Although Willingham was given no choice to comeback the next year, it seems Weis may have in option. Athletic director Jack Swarbrick said he will determine Weis future after the Fighting Irish take on Stanford this weekend, however Swarbrick did say that the players opinion will play a huge role in the decision.
Even though the Fighting Irish have lost 5 games this season including the last three none of the defeats came in a blowout fashion. All five loses have been to quality teams such as USC, Navy, Michigan, Pittsburgh, and Connecticut by a combined total of 21 points. In every game they have a had a chance to either tie or win the game but came up short and in the eyes of the Notre Dame Alumni and boosters that just not good enough.
It may not seem as though the Irish have gotten any better since the arrival of Weis, but one thing is for certain his recruits have. Two of his current recruits quarterback Jimmy Clausen and wide receiver Golden Tate are two of the top players in the country, and both credit Weis for helping them increase their production on the field and helping them become a better person off the field.
If Weis is let go after the end of the season he will have no problem finding a head coaching job or maybe even an offensive or defensive coordinator position in either college or back in the NFL in no time. The same can be said for Notre Dame also, if they choose to release Weis from his current that was scheduled to run until 2015. Notre Dame is a marquee school with a lot of tradition; it's a school where coaches have no problem finding recruits and constantly plays in nationally televised games.
