How could I make a Ninja Turtles Woman's Halloween Costume?
For Halloween I really want to be a Ninja Turtle, but I'm not sure what I could wear for it. I would like for it to be girly and not baggy. I could wear a colored headband and green tights, but what could I use for the shell? Any ideas, any at all, please help!
