When I was a kid, there was a meal in the school motto "You are what you eat." If that were true, what you are: a Big Mac or a milkshake?

What can I do for dinner with a large slice of ham, cheese, noodles and Mac? Children need love.?
Pretty much have a cupboard stocked but am completely at a loss for what to fix.
cut the ham and put in the earth scalloped potatoes or cheese No Mac!
