DEAD RISING do you have to complete game after killing 53,594 zombies to get the mega buster?
i have killed 40,000 so far.
i was just wondering if you have to complete the game after you kill 53,594 zombies to get the mega buster or can you just kill 53,594 zombies and then go straight away on infinite mode and it should be there??
I think this is easily the most common question I answer. =)
You have to complete the game's 72 hours. The credits will roll and at the end of that, it will tell you what unlocked items you've earned. After that you can use them.
Restarting without completing the game means you won't have it.

The makers of Xbox games have integrated a copy protection code onto their game disks to prohibit game owners from copying Xbox 360 games. The currently available DVD software applications cannot override this copy protection, so it is important for gamers to acquire a software application that is designed specifically for copying Xbox games. Software for copying protected games is now available for download at several websites.
After you have successfully downloaded and installed the software, copying Xbox360 games is simply a matter of loading your original game disk, running the software, and following the on-screen instructions. Your computer will make a copy from the data on your original game disk and place it on the hard drive. When the copying is complete, you'll place a blank DVD disk into the computer and wait as the software re-copies the game data from the hard drive onto the blank disk. When the Xbox 360 game copying process ends, you can eject the disk containing your new backed up game.
As you can see, copying Xbox 360 games is simplicity itself. With the correct software, you can copy Xbox games whenever you need a backup. Use these copies for playing your games, and put away the originals for safekeeping. If you damage a copy while using or handling it, you can always make a new copy from your safely stored and pristine original.
There are many guides on the Internet that are purported to help copying Xbox games, but most of them, although offered by people with the best of intentions, are written poorly by other gamers or in difficult to understand technical jargon by computer geeks. If you need a simple straightforward guide to copying Xbox360 games, read on. The following steps do not refer to any specific program, but are generic enough to apply to most of them.
1. Make sure that you have all of the tools needed for copying Xbox games. Obviously you'll need a computer that has the operating capability specified for the software. You'll need the Xbox game copying software. You'll need a few high-quality DVD blanks, and of course your original Xbox games.
2. Now it's time to install the software for copying Xbox games, either by inserting the software disk and following the on-screen instructions, or by completing the installation of a program that was downloaded from the Internet.
3. Once the program is installed, start it up by clicking on the program's new desktop icon. If no icon was placed on your desktop, go to your program list and select the application.
4. Insert your original Xbox disk, and click the buttons displayed for copying Xbox 360 games. Usually it is only necessary to indicate that you wish to copy a game. Follow the on-screen instructions. It takes only a few minutes for the software to copy the original data. Remove the game disk, and insert the blank DVD disk to receive the copy.
That whole copying process shouldn't have taken very long at all. Having successfully made your first copy, you can now claim that you are an expert at copying Xbox 360 games, and can continue to make backups copies of all of your valuable Xbox games. Do your online homework to make sure that you select a program for copying Xbox games that is reliable and easy to use. You'll sleep much better at night knowing that your investment in your Xbox games is being protected.
